Put In a lot of  cold water

Throw away chestnuts which flow

Make a 1 cm cut  on the round side

Put a in a lot of lukewarm water for 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 220 C and put the chestnuts on a flat form in.

And keep on until the chestnuts open, should take about 20 minutes
